CLLD-First steps forward. Employment support. The CLLD project has been running at Rosmini since March 2019. Many of the participants are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless or in emergency accommodation. We can help in a variety of ways, from running free lunches for homeless every Monday to Friday to running free online training to help those who lack qualifications. We provide participants with job support, we offer help with creating a CV, help filling out job applications and setting up an interview with the Job Centre to apply for a National Insurance number. Since starting the project, we have already seen many participants gain accredited qualifications, from fire safety to principles of customer service. To be eligible for training courses, you must be unemployed. You will need too attend a registration day at the Rosmini Centre and provide a passport and proof of unemployment. Our training courses are all online, so you can do them at home in your own time if you wish. You can also come to the centre and use our computers and we can offer support on your chosen course. We will be looking to run extra courses held at Rosmini Centre, to keep up to date with all available courses, please follow our Facebook page.
